Made for Texas Game Jam 2025 - Out Of Time by first time game jammers!

In 15 minutes, the world will freeze in time. You, as one of the head scientists responsible, are tasked with averting the catastrophe via the facility's self-destruct sequence. 

Under normal circumstances, this would be impossible, but you have access to the fruits of your research — a serum that sends you back to yesterday for a short time. Use this ability to find your colleague's activation codes and prevent what you started.

Some instructions because we didn't get around to putting them in-game:

Interact (Spacebar) to go through doors, pick up objects, and read notes. The "J" button opens the journal, which stores notes picked up so far.  Once you have picked up the serums, go to the room indicated by your objective, stand near the blue spot, and interact. This will take you to the past. Your time in each puzzle is limited. If you complete a puzzle early, you may press "O" to be sent back to the present.

You should open your journal each time you solve a puzzle as it holds the codes you need later.

Puzzle 1 - You must take the key from the room at 9:00 AM to the lockbox in the room at 6:00 AM

Puzzle 2 - You must find the 4 gems that glow golden when interacted with. When interacted with, the gems will glow a color that gives information about the location of the golden gems. The specific information about each color is visible at the large book in the starting room.
